How accurate is SLA 3D print?

SLA 3D printing is capable of achieving very fine detail, with layer heights typically around 50 microns, though this can vary between 25 and 100 microns depending on the printer and the settings. The accuracy of desktop SLA printers is usually up to around 100 microns, while industrial SLA printers can often achieve an accuracy of 10-25 microns. This level of precision allows for the creation of parts with smooth surface finishes and intricate details that closely match the original CAD designs.

Whether for prototyping or end-use parts, SLA 3D printing provides a reliable and consistent method for producing high-quality, detailed components.
