- How does 3DSPRO make sure my parts arrive safely?+Delivering your parts in excellent condition is just as important as manufacturing them accurately. Before shipment, every order undergoes a final quality inspection and packing review to ensure it is ready for international transportation.We choose the most suitable shipping carrier based on the destination and service requirements, and provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched. If your project has special delivery or handling requirements, simply let your Customer Success Manager know before shipment, and we'll work with you to find the best shipping solution.
- How does 3DSPRO protect my parts during shipping?+We don't use a one-size-fits-all packaging method. Every order is packed according to the part's material, size, weight, and geometry.Fragile resin parts are carefully cushioned with multiple layers of protective materials to minimize movement during transit. Large or heavy parts are packed with reinforced cartons, custom supports, or wooden crates when necessary to provide additional protection throughout international shipping.Our goal is to ensure your parts arrive in the same condition they left our production facility.
