3DSPRO has been trying to collect feedback from our customers for a while. We have tried questionnaires, answering phone calls, having face-to-face interviews, and so on, but we found those methods less efficient because the person who is collecting the feedback usually is not the person who can solve the problems raised by our customers.
Therefore, we came up with a new way recently: shoot our CEO an email and he will be the one in charge of solving problems and answering concerns for everyone. The efficiency problem should no longer exist.
