TeamSpace User Guide

We launched a team collaboration tool called TeamSpace, which enables teams to seamlessly collaborate on quotes, share projects, and manage orders collectively. In this user guide, we will help you get started with TeamSpace.

TeamSpace Core Features

Create a Team: Start your own collaborative workspace to unite designers and collaborators.

Join a Team: Easily become part of existing teams to contribute to shared projects.

Invite Members: Bring new members on board to expand your team's capabilities.

Edit Member Permissions: Customize roles and access levels for each team member.

Share and View Orders: Share your orders with team members and access their orders for seamless collaboration.

Pay for Team Members' Orders: Simplify the payment process by handling orders on behalf of your team members.

Accessing TeamSpace

For New Users of 3DSPRO:

Create an Account: Start by [creating your account >>].

Log In: Once you've signed up, log in to your new account.

Access TeamSpace: Navigate to the User Center to find the TeamSpace toolbar.

For Existing 3DSPRO Users:

Log In: Simply [log in >>] to your account.

Access TeamSpace: Go directly to the User Center, where you'll find the TeamSpace toolbar ready to use.

Create A Team

In TeamSpace, you can create teams and add members to collaborate on quotes and manage orders seamlessly. Get full visibility by viewing all of your team's quotes and orders in one place and easily check the status of each order. As a result, you can enhance project management by collectively overseeing quotations and tracking order progress.

Team Overview

In the Team Overview section, you can easily manage the teams you have created. It displays a comprehensive list, showing team names, creators, creation times, and available actions for each team. Additionally, there's a handy shortcut for creating a new team located in the top right corner of the screen.

Team Management

When you click on [Team Management] within the Team Overview [Actions] section, you gain access to team member management features, where you can invite new members, check the roles of administrators and contributors, and view detailed information about current members, pending invitations, and the event log. By using these features, you can efficiently manage your team and ensure smooth collaboration.

Team Order

In TeamSpace, the Team Order section allows you to review and manage orders for the entire team. Here, you can easily check and pay for orders. You have full access to detailed information about each order placed by your team members, including prices, dates, statuses, and available actions.
