Our manufacturing partners and logistic partners will be celebrating a national holiday very soon, so our lead times and shipping may experience delays.
During this period, 3DSPRO will continue to accept orders and provide technical support. However, please note that all orders placed between September 16 and 17 will experience a 2-day delay in lead time. Our logistics partners will also be unable to ship any orders during this time. We will resume production and shipping on September 18.
Orders expected to ship during the holiday season will ship immediately on September 18.
We encourage you to plan accordingly and place your orders in advance to ensure timely delivery. Rest assured, we are doing everything possible to minimize any inconvenience.
