Nylon PA 11

SLS PA 11 is high-temperature resistant, has good toughness and high strength, and is suitable for functional use. It does not require support when printing and is suitable for prototyping products with extremely complex structures.

Nylon PA 12 Glass-filled Light Gray is high-temperature resistant and has good dimensional stability, good toughness, good insulation, good corrosion resistance, and high mechanical strength. Glass-filled nylon performs better in heat deformation temperature and strength than regular nylon materials. We recommend using this material for structural verification of product prototypes such as automotive parts and accessories, household appliances, and electromechanical equipment.

Nylon PA 12 White is a versatile, economical material for SLS 3D printing, offering high impact and temperature resistance. It’s durable and stable under various environmental conditions, with a white finish and slightly rough texture. Ideal for functional prototypes and end-use parts, it has balanced strength and stiffness, suitable for jigs, fixtures, gears, and bearings. It also has a low coefficient of friction and maintains tolerances well. Products printed with nylon materials naturally have granular surfaces. 3DSPRO offers 3D Plus solutions, such as vapor smoothing, to help with this if you need a smooth surface.
