Copper 3D Printing

We use Selective Laser Melting (SLM) to produce high-performance parts from copper and copper alloys at 3DSPRO. 3D printed copper offers excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, making it ideal for thermal management, electrical, aerospace, and industrial applications. It also provides good corrosion resistance, ductility, and machinability, supporting reliable performance in demanding environments.

Advantages of Copper 3D Printing

  • Excellent Thermal Conductivity
  • High Electrical Conductivity
  • Good Corrosion Resistance
  • Excellent Ductility
  • Good Mechanical Strength
  • Good Machinability

Available Copper Types

Cu

Copper Cu is a highly conductive metal valued for its excellent electrical and thermal conductivity. In 3D printing, copper is widely used for components that require efficient heat transfer, electrical performance, and corrosion resistance. Free pickling and passivation are included by default. Maximum printing size is 160*160*200mm.
