Hi Fellow Innovators,

 

Due to the upcoming Chinese New Year holiday, our production and logistics capacity will be affected. To help you plan orders and delivery schedules, we are providing the following estimated lead-time adjustments by order type.

 

Good News: 3DSPRO’s Customer Service and Technical Support teams will remain fully operational throughout the holiday. Orders scheduled for production and shipment during this period will proceed whenever our facilities are accessible.

 

Estimated Lead Times by Order Type

 

Final delivery dates are always those shown for each order in the 3DSPRO S Quote system.

 

Metal Parts

Orders placed at or after 00:00 on 2026/2/4 will be affected.

• Estimated delivery: Production lead time + 10 days.

• Orders placed on 2026/2/4 or later with no post-processing are expected to ship after 2026/2/26.

 

Nylon Parts

Orders placed at or after 00:00 on 2026/2/6 will be affected.

• Estimated delivery: Production lead time + 10 days.

• Orders placed on 2026/2/6 or later with no post-processing are expected to ship after 2026/2/26.

 

Resin Parts

Orders placed at or after 00:00 on 2026/2/7 will be affected.

• Estimated delivery: Production lead time + 10 days.

• Orders placed on 2026/2/7 or later with no post-processing are expected to ship after 2026/2/26.

 

TPU Parts

Orders placed at or after 00:00 on 2026/2/8 will be affected.

• Estimated delivery: Production lead time + 10 days.

• Orders placed on 2026/2/8 or later with no post-processing are expected to ship after 2026/2/26.

 

PP Parts

Orders placed at or after 00:00 on 2026/2/8 will be affected.

• Estimated delivery: Production lead time + 10 days.

 Orders placed on 2026/2/8 or later with no post-processing are expected to ship after 2026/2/26.

 

Post-Processing Lead Times

 

Orders that require post-processing will require at least an additional 5 days on top of the production lead time + 10 days.

 

Some specialized or complex post-processing tasks may not be completed on the normal timeline during the holiday period. Please allow extra time or confirm the feasibility with our Customer Success Managers or SUCCESS@3DSPRO.COM in advance.

 

Final Delivery Confirmation

 

The delivery date shown for each order in the 3DSPRO S Quote system is the authoritative, final date. If there is any discrepancy between the estimated times above and the system, please rely on the date displayed in S Quote.

 

Production and Logistics Notes

 

We will maintain limited production during the holiday. However, holiday scheduling and reduced transport capacity will affect overall lead times. We recommend placing orders as early as possible or coordinating with your Customer Success Manager or sending requests to SUCCESS@3DSPRO.COM directly for urgent orders.
